Climate Week North East

This annual 10 days of fun and interesting events showcases some amazing projects and actions taking place here in the north-east to combat climate change and also the small and big changes we can all do that will make a difference to reduce climate change and help us live sustainably.

The annual initiative is in just over 2 weeks – 12-21st March. Click HERE for the brochure or all 80 events are also on www.climateweeknortheast.org. Special treasure hunts, craft sessions, walks and bike rides, workshops, films, a family play,  beach cleans and talks are just some of the events planned across the 10-days all over Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.

You could set up your own community treasure hunt. There is a briefing session for people wanting to learn more about setting up a community treasure hunt on March 2nd – Climate Treasure Hunt Facilitator Briefing Tickets, Tue 2 Mar 2021 at 16:30 | Eventbrite and full resources will be given – all questions and answers!

For the model UN, each group will represent a country. They will make videos of speeches which can be shared and debated before voting on resolutions. Materials will be provided.
